Just caught up with storyteller Will Hornyak at the French American International School's Fete de la Musique. Also clown/mime Albert Alter. What a great tradition to end the school year!

It's a clear day in Portland (Mt Rainier in the background) on our way to the airport. Gigs in California with Mark Hanson: tonight at Acoustic Den in Roseville; tomorrow at the Shingle Springs Opera House. Go to accentonmusic.com/events for more info.

Congratulations to all my students who worked hard and participated in their respective district solo & ensemble competitions. And a shout out to Doug Heymann, who won first place in his Baritone category, and to Clara Stilwell, who received second alternate as a mezzo soprano. I'm proud of you all!
