Music Lessons with Greta

Music lessons are available both online via Zoom or FaceTime, and in-person at Greta’s home studio in West Linn, Oregon.

Current in-person studio protocols include: wearing an N-95 mask or equivalent (singers may remove their masks when behind a clear screen). HEPA air-purifiers are in use, and students areas are cleaned in-between each family group.

Please feel free to contact Greta for any questions or concerns.

Voice lessons

Greta guides students as they discover and develop their own voice and style. She believes anyone can sing, with gentle guidance and encouragement! Her students include young, emerging musicians, professionals who seek “fine tuning,” singers who wish to improve their vocal and performance skills, and adults who want to pursue music simply for the pleasure of it.

Piano lessons

Greta welcomes beginning and intermediate piano students, ages 5 to 95! Music theory, artistry, and technique are linked within the goals and interests of each student. Styles include classical, contemporary, and jazz.

Music theory and sight-reading

Greta tutors students preparing or studying AP Music Theory, college course work, or to augment their vocal or piano studies.

Those students unfamiliar with the piano are strongly encouraged to study basic keyboard as well. Greta is happy to communicate with classroom teachers in these areas if requested by the student.
